Call for Posters

A specific area will be reserved for Poster presentation.

Only doctoral and post-doctoral students, who have presented their thesis less than three years ago, can submit a Poster.

The Posters have to be linked to the themes of the conference.

Each Poster will be presented in French or English for approximately five minutes, followed by a five-minute discussion.

The following elements are to be included in the proposal:

• Name and professional address of the authors, as well as their email address

• Title

• Abstract (250 words)

• Theme, key words and production date

• An image can be included in the proposal
  

Poster format (A0):

• Title

• Objectives

• Methodology

• Results

• Conclusion

• Contact (Last name-First name-email of PhD student / Doctoral School-Laboratory / Thesis Director)

The organiser does not finance the poster printing.

To submit your Poster go the "New submission" and select the appropriate Type* of document.
